Bridge the Gap Between Productivity and Engagement
“Highly engaged employees are 38% more likely to have above-average productivity“
Most businesses measure the engagement levels of their people—but not how they can be improved to drive better business performance. Organizations today essentially don’t measure the right things, creating blind spots as they fail to link engagement to productivity and ROI. Don’t just count the number of disengaged workers. Focus on how you can turn them around.
Bridging the gap between productivity and engagement goes beyond traditional engagement strategies and tactics. To impact productivity and business results, organizations need to measure whether their people are:
- enabled with the knowledge, skills and resources to make a difference as well as
- aligned with your strategy so that they know where to contribute.
The result? Powerful insight that drives tangible actions to improve engagement in a manner that increases productivity, ROI and bottom-line success.
Entrepreneur and author, Glenn Elliot, and Questback Director of Solutions, Scott Heyhoe, discuss how to bridge the gap between productivity and engagement.
