Laura Prandner, Feedback Enthusiast & SDR

Laura Prandner is a feedback enthusiast and a Sales Development Representative at Questback. She arrived here by a deliberately winding road across continents and professions which taught her firsthand how valuable feedback can be.

Born in Austria, shaped by experiencing 47 countries, and more professional chapters than most people collect in a lifetime, Laura developed an understanding of feedback long before she had a name for it. Moving constantly meant reading rooms, adapting fast, and learning early that the difference between thriving somewhere and merely surviving it, almost always came down to whether people felt genuinely heard and seen. That intuition never left her.

She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Stockholm Business School and a Bachelor’s in International Hotel Management from Stenden University – a combination that reflects both her analytical side and her deep roots in people-facing as well as hands-on work. From an early age she has developed a passion for writing and practiced her skills which she now uses to produce articles that bring together what she has studied, what she has lived, and what she continues to learn through the daily conversations with Questback’s customers and prospects.

In her blog posts, Laura explores feedback from the inside out: what it actually feels and looks like when organisations get it right, why so many still get it wrong, and what the research and the reality say about closing that gap. Her writing is deeply personal, thought provoking and humorous at times but always 100% real!
