Which countries are included?
Questback currently accepts referrals from Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
What does an approved Sales qualified lead mean?
It means that Questback Sales has reviewed the referred organisation and confirmed that it is relevant for follow-up.
How much can I earn?
You earn 150 € for each approved Sales qualified lead and 1,000 € when the referred organisation becomes a new paying Questback customer.
When is the customer bonus paid?
The customer bonus is paid after the referred organisation has signed a contract with Questback and paid the first invoice.
How long is the referral valid?
The customer bonus applies if the referred organisation becomes a Questback customer within 12 months of Sales qualified lead approval.
How are referrals tracked?
Approved partners receive instructions on how to link to agreed Questback pages, so referred leads can be tracked and reviewed.
Do I need to be a software company?
No. The programme is open to different types of B2B partners, as long as they can introduce Questback to relevant organisations.
What happens after I apply?
Questback reviews your application manually. If there is a suitable fit, we contact you with the next steps and the full programme terms.
