Company News | Questback Wins For Most Innovative Deployment Of Technology At HR Excellence Awards
London, 29 June 2016, Questback, the global leader in enterprise feedback management, today announced that it has won the Most Innovative Deployment of HR Technology category at the prestigious 2016 HR Excellence Awards.
The award was for Questback’s own internal use of its always-on, continuous feedback platform. This harnesses innovation from across Questback, mobilising staff to contribute their ideas to drive the business forward.
Employees simply log in, select a topic and can then rate how they believe the company is performing in that area and also suggest improvements and comments. These are automatically routed to the Chief Feedback Team, where they are followed up and responded to. More than 3,800 dialogues took place in the first six months alone – an average of over 12 per employee.
Of these 10-15% have resulted in immediate changes. Questback’s enterprise software revenues grew by 40% in 2015, and investment in research and development increased by 50%, as ideas contributed were turned into innovative new products and technology features. In the UK alone, sales grew by 21%.

Announced at a glittering ceremony in London on 28 June 2016, the HR Excellence awards showcased the talent and innovative work being carried out by the HR community and were judged by a panel of top HR directors and CEOs from a range of organisations.
