Company News | Questback Shortlisted For Prestigious Personnel Today Award For Excellence In Technology
Questback today announced that it has been shortlisted in the Excellence in Technology category at the forthcoming 2016 Personnel Today Awards. The awards recognise HR teams and individuals that have made an impact with their people policies and have delivered tangible benefits to their organisation.
Questback has been selected for its internal use of MySay, its always-on feedback platform. Since its introduction MySay has become an accepted and well-used part of Questback’s overall employee engagement strategy, helping mobilise staff and encouraging innovation.
Staff simply log on, select a topic and then rate how they believe the company is performing in that area and can also suggest improvements and comments. Over 25% of employee suggestions have been actioned for further follow up and the company has benefited from increased business growth and improved processes, launched new products based on staff feedback, adapted its go to market strategy, driven cultural change and improved staff engagement and retention.
The winners of the Personnel Today Awards will be announced at a glittering ceremony on 22 November 2016 in London. To see the full list of nominees, click here.
