Company News | Questback Launches On G-Cloud 9 Digital Marketplace
London, UK, 06 June 2017, Questback, today announced that its cloud based feedback management solutions are now available on the G-Cloud 9 procurement framework, the latest iteration of the UK Government’s digital marketplace. Questback solutions have been on previous versions of G-Cloud for the past three years.
The Questback Employee Engagement, NHS Staff Community, NHS Patient Feedback and Questback Whistleblowing Solution can now be purchased by any UK public sector organisation, helping them to listen to employees, citizens and patients and use this insight to drive change, improve efficiency and unlock innovation.
Based on the latest figures over £1.57 billion of contracts have been signed through G-Cloud, which allows the public sector to buy cloud-based services off the shelf, avoiding lock-in to expensive contracts with single suppliers, and encouraging cost-effective, innovative solutions. It is available to organisations across the public sector, including central and local government, education and health services, devolved government, the emergency services, defence and not-for-profit organisations.
At a time of rising competition when it comes to attracting and retaining staff and meeting the needs of patients and citizens, feedback is increasingly central to public sector success. By using Questback’s solutions, organisations such as Northern Devon Healthcare NHS Trust and Somerset Partnership NHS Foundation Trust have been able to create a two way dialogue with staff and patients, listening in real-time to their feedback and using it to improve engagement, share best practice and improve how they operate.
“UK public sector organisations understand the benefits that a cohesive feedback strategy can bring in terms of greater staff retention, improved productivity, lower hiring costs and ultimately better service,” said Marcus Evans, NHS & Public Sector Industry Practice Lead, Questback UK. “Our continued presence on the latest iteration of the G-Cloud demonstrates our commitment to the public sector – and the ability of our technology to help organisations put feedback at the heart of their operations.”
