Company News | Press Release: Questback to exhibit at Employee Engagement Summit as Platinum Sponsor
London, 8 May 2019, Questback, the global leader in enterprise feedback management, will exhibit as Platinum Sponsor of the Employee Engagement Summit (10 May, 2019), Europe’s biggest employee engagement event, where it will showcase its complete feedback solution for driving greater employee engagement through better listening and action.
At the summit, Andrew Cocks, Occupational Psychologist at Questback will be speaking on Measuring the ‘unmeasurable’, exploring why many organizations have difficulty coming to grips with their organizational culture. He aims to explode many of the myths that surround culture and outline a simple framework through which it can be understood and successfully managed. He will do this with reference to recent research into the cultural factors behind gender inequality and the pay gap. Andrew’s presentation will take place in the Plenary Hall at 9.45am.
“Improving employee engagement is now a business priority – listening to their people is critical to creating the agility and innovation that organizations require if they are going to be successful in today’s competitive markets,” said John Wilkinson, General Manager, UK, Questback. “The Employee Engagement Summit provides the perfect forum for businesses to learn from both experts and their peers, and we’re delighted to be sponsoring and speaking at this prestigious event.”
Celebrating its sixth year, the Employee Engagement Summit will examine all aspects of work under the overarching theme of how technology is changing the face of employee engagement. Taking place at the Riverbank Park Plaza, London, it will feature 70+ industry experts sharing their exclusive case studies, interactive workshops and an exhibition featuring key HR companies.
Following the event, Questback will be running a webinar with summit organizers Engage Employee on the topic of organizational culture and how companies can better understand and manage it.
