London, 30 April 2019, Questback the global leader in enterprise feedback management, today announced that it has been shortlisted in the Most Innovative Deployment of HR Technology category at the prestigious 2019 HR Excellence Awards.
The shortlisting is for Questback’s close collaboration with John Lewis & Partners (JLP). By working with Questback and its advanced feedback technology, JLP launched its Your Voice program, improving how it listens to staff (Partners). Your Voice has enabled JLP to become self-sufficient in collecting and acting on feedback, running more surveys and overall delivering greater value from the program at a time of change across the business.

The 2019 shortlisting is the latest accolade for Questback. It has previously won the HR Excellence Most Innovative Deployment of Technology award for its own internal use of its always-on, continuous feedback platform in 2016. This harnessed innovation from across Questback, mobilizing staff to contribute their ideas to drive the business forward.
The HR Excellence Awards are the most prestigious and the longest running awards in the field of HR. Now entering their 24th year, they recognize the organizations and individuals pushing the boundaries of people strategy. Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony in London on Tuesday 2nd July 2019.
