London and Taunton, 14th March 2017, Questback today announced that leading media research agency TRP Research will use its feedback platform to underpin its media omnibus surveys, TRP Surveys and its bilingual media response panels in Wales and Scotland.
Created in 1999, TRP Research’s mission is to provide the broadcast industry with an enhanced understanding of content and consumption. It works with broadcasters across the UK and US, including in Wales and Scotland, where it offers bilingual panels in Welsh/English and Scottish Gaelic/English. It has grown to become one of the largest and most successful suppliers of media research insight and information in its field, and now has a team of over 70 staff. TRP Research’s services include performance monitoring, strategy analytics, response panels, data enrichment and media monitoring.
TRP Research’s existing survey tools were not able to meet its needs, particularly around flexibility, reliability and bilingual capabilities. This was adding to workloads and slowing down the ability to quickly create, launch and analyse surveys.
After an extensive procurement process, TRP Research selected Questback due to its powerful, flexible technology, partnership approach and inbuilt multilingual capabilities. The first of its regular omnibus surveys has just been launched on the Questback platform, targeting 3,000 respondents initially.
