JOB ROLE

We are looking to continue the expansion of the Nordic Pre Sales organisation. We are currently seeking a Pre Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Sweden. The Pre Sales Consultant will provide pre-sales support in relation to the successful selling of Questback products and services. Utilize knowledge of industry or industry segment process and challenges to help define value propositions and go-to-market approaches. Help qualify opportunities, provide advice and consulting as a valued part of the sales team. Take ownership of the solution definition, pilots, and proof of concepts. Own, deliver, enhance and expand demonstrations.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides pre-sales technical support to Nordic sales teams and customers.
  • Work with direct sales staff to qualify opportunities, define appropriate solutions, develop value propositions, and support sales opportunities.
  • Assist with the development of business cases and value propositions.
  • Conduct demonstrations and presentations to customers, partners and prospects.
  • Become part of a centre of excellence for Questback solutions and share that knowledge
  • Become an expert in the application of specific Questback methodologies, projects and technologies.
  • Manage and respond to customer requests for information, proposals and other formal documents.
  • Understand, utilise and communicate best practice methodologies and industry standards – both internally and externally.
  • Co-operate with sales in developing account strategies, assessment of account needs and critical sales issues to ensure account satisfaction.
  • Provide support at marketing events, trade shows and user group meetings.
  • Participate in technical presentations to customers and prospects, compiling training documents and writing technical reports.
  • Own the development of the solution proposition and obtain agreement for that solution with the customer.
  • Provide technical leadership, direction and implementation on key strategic complex projects.

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
  • Five years of experience in pre-sales, professional services / software implementation, consulting or related area of expertise.
  • Proven track record in communications skills
  • Ability to present to a range of business audiences is a fundamental requirement
  • Experience of one or more of the following would be an advantage
    • Employee engagement
    • Voice of the Customer
    • Market research
    • Integration expertise, web service, API, PHP, HTML etc.
    • Hands on BI tool experience
