A well-rounded top-performer, you are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial streak. You have excellent product instincts and a natural ability with writing and designing world-class content. You will be reporting to the Director of Product Marketing at Questback.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Be a key player in generating demand for Questback’s market offering
  • Develop and deliver compelling content for global marketing programs, web sites, social platforms and user communities
  • Develop a differentiated and visionary thought leadership agenda in partnership with other business functions
  • Establish a portfolio of customer advocacy testimonials, case studies, and reference accounts
  • Assist with successful product launches through sales plays and marketing programs
  • Partner with the Sales Enablement team to develop and deliver product and solution training content
  • Influence through insight and analysis the product and solution futures in close partnership with Product Management, Sales and Presales.
  • Conduct market evangelism at key industry and customer events
