Cologne, Germany, 16.11.2020 – Questback, the enterprise experience management technology company, today announced that Kyocera Document Solutions Europe has extended and deepened
its use of Questback’s Essential solution across its European operations.
One of the world’s leading document solutions companies, Kyocera is using Questback to support continued innovation, understand changing customer needs, support strategic decision, and optimize operations by collecting, analyzing and acting on feedback from customers, employees and partners.
Kyocera has worked with Questback since 2015, already completing over 200 surveys internationally with more than 8,700 respondents. Through its new agreement it has extended its use of Questback, making it easy and cost-effective for more managers in more departments and countries to quickly create, deploy, analyze and act on feedback through do-it-yourself surveys.
Questback’s advanced feedback platform is now enabling managers to run surveys in a wider range of areas including with customers, dealers, after training sessions and external events, with suppliers (such as around ISO certification) and when evaluating the performance of its technology and software tools. It combines ease of use and multilingual capabilities with the ability to create branded reports, ensuring both consistency and accessibility.
