Frank Møllerop is a seasoned executive with a history of bringing innovation, intelligence and actionable insights to organizations worldwide. He is the CEO of Questback, an enterprise platform for Experience Management that helps organizations capture critical insights from their employees, customers, and the market. With more than 5,000 customers in 20 countries, Møllerop leads Questback’s vision for experience solutions that guide businesses to take meaningful actions that foster high-performing employees, create high-value customers, build brand recognition and increase profitability.

Prior to his career at Questback, Møllerop was an executive at SAS, a global leader in business analytics software and services. Under his leadership at SAS, the firm received the prestigious “Great Place to Work” award and Møllerop won the Rosing Award for Norway, naming him “IT executive of the year.” Previously, he also worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, Manamind/Infostream, Statoil and the Norwegian Armed Forces in various strategic business and technology capacities.

Ivar Blekastad has been the CFO since July 2013. With extensive understanding of strategy and corporate finance, and a background in private equity, investment banking and strategic consultancy, Ivar brings a wealth of financial management expertise to Questback. He has deep understanding of the software-as-a-service business model.

Market-driven technologist with a deep understanding of customer-centric solutions.

Radu Immenroth contributes a wealth of technical expertise and entrepreneurship on the foundation of a successful career in technology and software development. As the CTO of Questback, he leads product strategy, engineering and cloud operations in their commitment to creating next-gen technology and innovative solutions to leverage the disruptive power of feedback. Radu’s passion for market- and customer-centric solution development led him to the world of feedback, having joined the company in 2011 through Questback’s acquisition of Globalpark. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering degree from the German RWTH University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the British University of Surrey.

As Chief People Officer at Questback, Janine leads the company’s people strategy with a primary focus on employee engagement and advancement, diversity and inclusion, alongside leadership coaching and development. She is passionate about aligning the voice of the employee with that of the company as well as creating a caring and outward looking culture.

Prior to joining Questback in 2015, Janine spent over six years in the field of human resources. During that time, she held roles in the technology sector as well as management consultancy where she was responsible for spearheading numerous people, culture change management programs. She has a deep understanding of the human resources regulatory and legal landscape with an academic background in business economics. 

Customer-centric product leader with over 20 years of industry expertise.

Nicola Matson has spent her career partnering with customers around the globe to design and deliver HR solutions that address their business needs.  In her role as SVP of Product Management Nicola builds unparalleled customer experiences through product development and execution. Working hand in hand with the R&D and GoToMarket functions, Nicola and her team deliver innovative products that customers love.

Before joining Questback in early 2017, Nicola held several positions covering all aspects of the software lifecycle, from development and implementation, through to sales and ongoing support. Nicola has a passion for people and is driven by her desire to truly understand the needs of those around her, be that her customers, her team or any of her fellow Questbackers. 

Outside of work, she loves to travel and learn about new cultures.
