QuestBack online, mobile and social surveys allow users to create and administer all kinds of surveys including extremely complex examples. Projects are managed via an intuitive overview list that includes both search and folder functionalities and can be easily created, copied, exported and imported.

QuestBack Survey and Panel modules support the following project types:

  • Anonymous surveys
  • Personalised surveys
  • Panel surveys
  • Master data surveys

The flexible questionnaire editor allows users to set up questionnaires effectively. Questions are created on questionnaire pages, with multiple page types available that can be used for various purposes.

Standard pages contain one or more questions plus a Submit button with up to 255 questions possible per page. Mixed-external pages allow users to freely place questions on a page. Each questionnaire contains a final page, without a Submit button - when it is reached, the questionnaire is finished. The following routing page types are available:

  • Filters
  • Random selected
  • Random rotation
  • Loop
  • External survey start

Tested templates.

Our Surveys support a multitude of predefined question types. There are various single and multiple response question types, matrix and open-ended questions. You can create sliders, ranking questions, programmable questions, text elements and multimedia questions. Questions can be imported from a template document, and complete questionnaire branches can be imported from other projects. And you can easily store frequently-used questions in a question library.

The layout of QuestBack questionnaires are flexible and simple to customise. With the “Responsive Layout” templates your questionnaire is optimised automatically for respondents’ HTML-enabled mobile devices, including iPhone, iPad and Android phones and tablets. The optional EFS Mobile Extension allows you to deliver online questionnaires on first generation, non-HTML-enabled, mobile devices.

All collected data (result data, master data and address data) can be exported. A variety of formats is available (CSV, XLS, Triple-S, topStud, XML, HTML, SPSS, SAS, Fixed Format). The content of export files can be limited according to requirements using flexible filters and setting options. Various variable types are used to store all relevant information:
