Connect to the social web any way you want

According to different needs, the community may be connected to the social web in multiple ways. The community platform can be completely embedded in the Facebook environment of the fans via a Facebook app, with members registering automatically when installing it. Surveys and communities will be incorporated seamlessly using customised layouts. Thus, fans will be navigating within their familiar social network environment while the collected data will be exclusively available to the panel operator.

Login with Facebook

To use the fans’ Facebook details for registration and authentication, yet without actually integrating the community into Facebook, a “Login with Facebook” function can be implemented on a regular EFS Community platform. Technically, this function is also based on a Facebook app.

To open up the community to people not logging in via Facebook, an additional dedicated community platform can be easily set up. Other social media logins can be customised to include other social media platforms including Google+ and Twitter.

Set up social media apps

Social Insight lets you set up social media apps that allow targeted communications with various audiences or the fast set up of various language versions for a community. User interfaces allow direct access to the app configuration via the admin area. Facebook’s “Like” function can be activated for community news. Instead of the EFS “Tell-A-Friend” function, an equivalent Facebook function for promotional campaigns can be used.
