People Data Hub & Panel
The source of more knowledge
Every survey consists of two fixed points: the response and the person giving the response. Our People Data Hub is a panel database that compiles information on feedback providers. The focus is on responses that a person has given.
In addition to responses, mobile device location information, tracking data (e.g. log files), or company database transaction data can be input to obtain an even better overall view. Personal data and survey data are stored separately of course.
People Data Hub and panel solutions are used:
- to select a specific sample group out of a large number of people for surveys
- for longitudinal studies, i.e., to show changes over time. Panelists are repeatedly asked to respond to identical questions at certain intervals.
- to initiate event-based feedback processes, e.g. on the basis of third-party system transaction data (including customer experience surveys).
The reward center: giving and receiving
Sometimes people expect to receive something in return for the time they have invested. This also holds true for participation in surveys, especially if they are conducted regularly.
In connection with the Community module, the People Data Hub can therefore be used as an online shop and bonus point account if survey participants are to be systematically rewarded.
