Ivar has been with QuestBack since the Company was founded in 2000, and is responsible for the overall running of the company. Before joining QuestBack, Ivar worked as a management consultant, focusing on strategy and eBusiness. Ivar holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Royal Norwegian Naval Academy and a Master’s degree from the Norwegian School of Management (BI).

Eli Cathrine Disch

Eli Cathrine Disch

Chief Financial Officer

Eli Cathrine joined QuestBack in 2008. She came from the position as CFO at Buypass AS – a Norwegian supplier of secure solutions for electronic ID, signature and payment. Prior to this, Eli worked for a total of 8 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers; first as Finance Director in PwC in Hungary, then as a senior management consultant in PwC Consulting in Oslo. Eli Cathrine has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the American University in Paris, an MBA from the Norwegian School of Management BI, as well as studies in Corporate Finance from London Business School.

Ståle Løvbukten

Ståle Løvbukten

Commercial Director

Ståle is the founder of QuestBack. He has worked in the Company on an operational basis since September 2002, serving at different stages as CFO, business developer and advisor on the International Team. Ståle previously worked as an analyst at the Norwegian securities broker, Fondspartner, and was also CFO of the captive leasing unit within Merkantildata. Ståle holds a Master of Business and Economics from the Norwegian School of Management (BI).

Bjarte Vosseteig

Bjarte Vosseteig

Product Director

Bjarte joined QuestBack in 2009 as Product Director, responsible for the products department, development and operations. He came from a position as Director Product Management in Opera Software, where he focused mainly on Internet user experience and Web browser technology for the telecoms industry. Prior to that he has worked in Web and CRM related positions in companies like LEGO, Stepstone and UNICEF. Bjarte holds a Bachelors degree in International Marketing from the Norwegian School of Management (BI), Leeds Metropolitan University, and South Bank University in London.
