Roles and Responsibility

QuestBack™ is a feedback, survey, and dialogue clearinghouse. We do not censor the questions or messages in the surveys/feedback/dialogue process or the invitations to take surveys that third parties may propound, nor do we censor the responses you may provide. The sender of a survey is solely responsible for the subject matter and contents of the survey invitation and survey/feedback scenario in which you participate, and you are solely responsible for the contents of your response.

QuestBack has the right to contact the free trial users directly, and has the right to terminate the free trial subscription without notification or prior warning. Furthermore, QuestBack reserves the right to modify the Free Trial Service at any time, without warning.

Absolute Confidentiality

All data resulting from the surveys, feedback, and dialogue service we provide, is securely stored on QuestBack’s own servers. The data is only available to the originator of the survey or feedback scenario. QuestBack’s unique dialogue functionality allows for one-to-one dialogue with individual respondents to a survey or feedback activity. Even respondents who have opted for anonymity can be reached with our dialogue tool, with their anonymity intact. As a third-party facilitator of the dialogue process, QuestBack safeguards the respondents’ anonymity throughout the process.

Limited Edition

The free trial subscription gives you access to all features of the QuestBack service in a limited time period. You will receive a username/password from us when the account is ready to use.
